What notifications will I receive?

ProfitEdge keeps you informed through two channels: email and in-app notifications (the bell icon in the top bar).

Emails you’ll receive:

  • Billing & account — trial welcome, trial ending reminders, subscription confirmations, plan changes, and renewal reminders
  • Price changes — a daily digest summarising any price updates pushed to Shopify, including successes and failures
  • Sync status — alerts if a Shopify or Merchant Center sync fails
  • Competitor alerts — when a competitor significantly changes their price on a product you’re monitoring
  • Team invitations — when you’re invited to join a store

In-app notifications appear via the bell icon in the header. These cover real-time updates like sync progress, new recommendations, price changes, and competitor price movements.
