How do I manage my notification preferences?

Go to Account Settings → Notifications. From there you can toggle email notifications on or off for each store you belong to, across four categories:

• Price Changes — price update confirmations and daily digests
• Sync Status — sync completions and failure alerts
• Competitor Alerts — competitor price change notifications
• Recommendations — new recommendation alerts

By default, Admins and Editors have all email notifications enabled. Viewers have them disabled.

Note: Billing emails (trial reminders, subscription changes, renewal notices) are always sent to the store’s billing contact and cannot be turned off — these are essential account communications.
