What emails do I get about my trial and billing?

Throughout your trial and subscription, you’ll receive the following emails at your store’s billing email address:

  • Welcome email — when your trial begins
  • Trial ending reminders — at 7 days and 2 days before your trial expires
  • Trial expired — when the trial ends and your store enters read-only mode
  • Subscription confirmed — when you subscribe to a plan
  • Plan changed — when you upgrade or downgrade
  • Annual renewal reminder — 14 days before your annual subscription renews
  • SKU limit reached — if your product count reaches your plan’s limit
  • Cancellation confirmation — when you cancel your subscription
  • Data purge warning — 7 days before data is removed from a deactivated store

These emails are always sent and cannot be turned off, as they relate to your account status and billing.
